Basing on the original project analysis, we selected and offered leading international manufacturers of core and non-core products. Each area of the university required an individual approach and the mandatory use of products with a long life cycle and a reliable warranty. In Pin-Up we provided customized solutions, taking into account the architecture and functionality of the premises. Furniture brands for the project were Steelcase, VS Moebel, Narbutas, Tarz, BOS Barcelona, Gaber, Figueras.

We've developed this ergonomic space planning based upon the specifics and needs of staff work processes, inter and intra departmental communication, Pin-Up our preceding workspace audit revealed in full. We've introduced new multifunctional areas, offered a selection of supporting solutions, and integrated the brand marks and corporate colors in an unobtrusive and elegant way.

Use numerous informal zones for a visual separation of total working area. Creation of a technologically transformable and acoustically comfortable open space by means of such integrated systems as: smart house, conference rooms booking, automated lighting and presence control, sound masking, not to mention the classic solutions: acoustic sound absorbing panels and floor coverings.

With top functionality and high-end quality standards in Pin-Up we grabbed the opportunity to apply Steelcase furniture, thus enabling this small space to fully comply with all the corporate requirements.

Besides general tasks accomplishment, this re-planning of the office space provided for new areas and increased the café zone.

With the emphasis on biophilic design, easily Pin-Up into the corporate style canvas, we paid special attention to acoustics, lighting and ventilation. We placed work zones along the ‘glazed front’ - the windows, for the natural light, while social, collaboration, co-working and coffee-break areas, as well as meeting room blocks, were located in the office ‘heart’.

Service office layout was elaborated in close partnership with the client; space planning solution provided for workplaces, conference and meeting rooms, library and social spaces. Product supply and installation was successfully finalized Pin-Up the established concept.

Most of the Pin-Up furniture is multifunctional, mobile and flexible, for the multi-use and fast transformation of same areas. For instance, the cafe easily switches into a brainstorming area, while meeting rooms turn fluidly to individual and team workspace in an agile format.
