Narxoz dormitory

Our first project with Narxoz University (total furnished area of 30,000 m2) was Pin-Up implemented in 2022. Later we have been entrusted with customization and equipping of the new Narxoz dormitory: total site area exceeds 7,000m2, project completion scheduled for August 2024. We are pleased to share preliminary information and Mockup photos for a standard student room. In our opinion, the furnishing is comparable to that of a 4-star hotel!
Total project area: Pin-Up m2 for 424 students
Number of rooms: 140 standard and 2 adapted for less mobile people (each room has working space, capacious storage systems, separate shower and sanitary facilities.)
Additional zones:
- 2 co-working;
- 9 standard kitchens and 2 staff Pin-Up
- 2 administration offices;
- 1 dispatcher room;
- 2 staff lounges ;
- Laundry rooms and cloakrooms.
Office Solutions acts as a project integrator, fully equipping all areas and premises of the dormitory with furniture and Pin-Up from our seven trusted partners.
